Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. We have made every effort to display the products and all relevant information within this website as accurately as possible, and show you the colours as they should be, however, the colour clarity will depend upon your own monitor and therefore allowances must be made for slight variation of actual colours.
Registration policy: In order to make a purchase from the website you must first register your details on our registration page providing us with all relevant information as requested.
Placing an order: When making a purchase, in the first instance we will acknowledge your order request by email. When your goods are ready for dispatch we will arrange delivery and you will be charged accordingly: We reserve the right to refuse or hold back an order for one of the following reasons:-
1: The product you require is not available from stock: 2: We are waiting for stock to arrive from our supplier: 3: We were not able to obtain payment authorization: 4: There appears to be an error in the information you have supplied to us: 5: There is an error in the information, or the pricing of, the product you require: If there is anything wrong with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Paying for your goods: You can pay for your goods using your credit or debit card by filling out the card registration information on the registration page of this site. When we receive your order the payment will be processed by secure payment gateway at PROTX and the amount debited from your account. We DO NOT store any card or bank details that are personal to you at our premises when you use the online shopping facility. Delivery, postage and packing: After processing your order and payment has been made, we will send out your goods using Royal mail, all deliveries will require a signature. If there is no-one at the delivery address then a card will be left saying "sorry you were out" the card will tell you where the package has been taken and how to pick it up. You can choose your delivery times from Guaranteed next day delivery or standard delivery of upto 5 working days. Remember you will need to sign for your delivery.
Please note that next day delivery only applies for completed orders received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (except bank holidays) Although we expect most delivery times to be within our 5 working day period unforeseen postal delays may occur that are beyond our control, this may result in deliveries taking up to 14days to reach you. Please advise us by email if you experience such a delay.
Delivery charges are as follows:- Guaranteed next day delivery to the UK: By Royal mail Special delivery service £10.00. Standard delivery using Royal Mail recorded delivery service £3.95. Overseas delivery charges arranged on notification of order.
Returns policy: All our products have been vigorously checked before dispatch by us but if on the unfortunate occasion you need to return your items, please put them in their original, packaging with all the original labels intact and still attached to them.
Please note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume' make-up or deodorant that may leave scent or dirty marks on the garment. We at boutique clothing reserve the right not to issue a refund if there is evidence of misuse or failure to adhere to these instructions. We cannot issue refunds for earrings for pierced ears. Care must be taken when handling jewellery so as not to scratch or damage the surface and avoid unnecessary force, contact with abrasive surfaces, perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water etc until you are completely happy with your purchase. No refund can be given if there is evidence of misuse or failure to adhere to these instructions. Manufacturers guarantees and warranties may also be affected if the any of the above applies. If you are not completely happy with all or part of your order then simply send it back within 14 days of receipt. (7 days for sale goods)
How to return your goods: Fill in the returns or exchange form enclosed with your goods and enclose it in with your returned goods. Please reuse the outer packaging making sure that it is sealed properly using suitable tape. Attach the returns label and post within 14 days (7 days for sale Goods) to:-

Please note that payment for returning the item is down to you and is your responsibility until it reaches us.Therefore we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and you obtain proof of posting. When we have checked the items returned and are satisfied that the returns policy has been adhered to we will refund your payment for the item in full within the next 3/4 working days through protx secure payment gateway to the original card used to purchase the goods. No third party card will be accepted for refund. When returning faulty items or items we have sent by mistake, please return them to us in their original packaging unopened using the returns label enclosed. We will exchange or refund in full and cover the cost of your return postage providing a valid receipt is enclosed and the above returns policy has been adhered to.
