20 years ago, "Rosie" (a very inspirational lady) and her daughter
Jeanette (me!) started a small boutique for women like ourselves... passionate about clothes! "Pickwicks Boutique" was born! Our aim was to bring a mixture of quirkiness and style... clothing that can be worn in everyday life as well as on special occasions.

Over the years "Pickwicks" has gone from strength to strength. Recently, Rosie has retired to her beautiful garden and Bill (My Dad, who has only just appeared from behind an ever increasing pile of Pickwicks paperwork... Thanks Dad!), leaving me (Jeanette) and my endlessly patient other half, Derek, to run the shop and now the latest addition to Pickwicks, our new website,"Boutique clothing".
 
The inspiration for the website comes from customers comments about how different and unique our clothing ranges are and how they wish they could shop 24/7.
It occured to us that, in addition to our existing customers, we could now bring the shop to many more free spirited women.
